All purchases made through our store are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer’s remorse. Once your order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns in very limited circumstances, such as if an item arrives damaged or defective.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue. Our team will review your case and provide instructions for resolution.

• Ordering the wrong item or product
• Misuse, wear, or damage caused after delivery
• Items lost or delayed by the shipping carrier

How to Submit a Return Request

If your product is damaged or defective, contact us at aquasightvision@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We will evaluate your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit. Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

Processing Returns

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and confirm eligibility. Approved returns will be processed within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs for approved returns may be covered on a case-by-case basis.
